Departing Ao Nang

Arriving Koh Phi Phi

Ferry to Koh Phi Phi

Our boats leave from Ao Nang Beach and Nopparat Thara Pier and head south across the open water to Koh Phi Phi. Most crossings dock at Tonsai Pier, the busy main landing on Phi Phi Don where the restaurants, dive shops, and paths to the viewpoint all begin. Some services also reach Laem Tong Beach on Phi Phi's quieter northern end.

The crossing and when to go

The fastest boats complete the route in around 50 minutes. We depart from as early as 07:45, and most of the day's sailings are spread through the morning — plan to be at the pier 20 minutes before your scheduled departure. The water is generally at its calmest from November through April, though services run year-round.

Phi Phi's limestone cliffs and vivid reefs reward a stay of at least two nights — the island is more than a day trip. Fares start from around THB 559. With around 43 scheduled sailings a day, there is good flexibility whether you are heading out for the day or making the crossing with luggage.
