Departing Hat Yai

Arriving Koh Lipe

Ferry to Koh Lipe

The journey from Hat Yai to Koh Lipe combines a van transfer from the city with a speedboat crossing to the island — around 200 minutes total on the quickest service. We pick up from Hat Yai Town, Hat Yai Bus Station, Hat Yai Train Station and Hat Yai Airport, so you can join us wherever you're arriving from.

The crossing and arrival

Once at the coast, the boat heads across open water to Beach Jetty, Koh Lipe's main landing point. From there the island's beaches, dive shops and beachside restaurants are all within easy reach on foot. Fares start from THB 850 and several operators sail this route, giving you choices on timing and boat style.

Most departures run in the morning — we have boats from 08:00 onward, which keeps you off the water in the early afternoon when conditions can get choppier. The crossing is seasonal: services run at full frequency from October through May during the dry season, with reduced schedules possible over the monsoon months.
