Departing Koh Lipe
Arriving Ao Nang
The journey from Koh Lipe to Ao Nang combines a ferry crossing with an overland transfer — a practical way to move between the far south and Krabi's beach hub without backtracking through a major city. The full trip runs around five and a half hours, and we handle the connection between the two legs so you don't have to piece it together yourself.
Departure points and arrival
We pick up from Beach Jetty on Koh Lipe, the island's main embarkation point. At the Ao Nang end, transfers arrive at either Ao Nang Beach or Nopparat Thara Pier, both within easy reach of the main strip and the beach. Departures run in the morning — generally around 09:00–09:30 — with up to three services a day through the season.
Fares start from THB 1,050. Pack light if you can; the combination of boat and vehicle means bags change hands more than once. Koh Lipe's sea can be lively in the shoulder months, so morning departures tend to offer the smoothest crossing before the afternoon swell builds.
