Departing Koh Phangan
Arriving Koh Nangyuan
Koh Nangyuan is three islets joined by a sandbar just off Koh Tao's north-west coast — a snorkelling and day-trip destination rather than a place most people stay. Lomprayah runs the direct crossing from Thong Sala Pier with one departure a day.
The crossing
Sailing time is from 1 hour 15 minutes — a straightforward run north through the Gulf. Because there is a single daily service, this is a route you plan around rather than slot in; if the timing does not suit, the alternative is to reach Koh Tao first and cross the short gap from there.
Before you go
Koh Nangyuan is privately managed and charges a landing fee on arrival, payable separately from your ticket. Accommodation on the islet is very limited, so most visitors come for the day. Fares start from THB 600.
