Arriving Koh Samui
Getting from Nakhon Si Thammarat to Koh Samui means a coach journey to the coast followed by a ferry crossing across the Gulf — we handle both, so you travel on a single through-ticket without hunting for connections. The full journey runs around four hours depending on the service.
How the journey works
We pick up at Nakhon Si Thammarat Bus Station and from the airport area. The coach takes you down to the coast, where the ferry leg brings you onto Koh Samui, arriving at one of three piers: Bangrak Pier, Mae Nam Pier, or Nathon Pier. Nathon is on the island's west coast and convenient for the interior; Bangrak and Mae Nam sit in the north. Several operators work this corridor, so there are departures at 07:30 and 08:30 and a handful more through the morning.
Fares start from THB 797. If you're connecting onward from Samui to Koh Phangan or Koh Tao, our boats also sail those routes — ask when you book. Travel midweek if you can, especially in peak months; the piers get busy at weekends.
