Departing Railay

Arriving Koh Phi Phi

Ferry to Koh Phi Phi

All our departures from Railay leave from the beach landing at Railay — since the peninsula has no road access, every boat arrives and departs directly from the shore. On Koh Phi Phi, most services arrive at Tonsai Pier, the island's main hub, placing you steps from accommodation, restaurants and tour operators. The crossing takes around 30 minutes on the fastest service.

Departures and fares

We run up to 15 departures a day, with sailings concentrated in the late morning from around 09:45 through to early afternoon. Fares start from THB 715. Several operators serve this corridor — it's one of the busiest inter-island legs in Krabi province — and boats fill up quickly in high season, so booking ahead is worthwhile.

The dry season from November to April brings the best conditions on the water. Mornings are typically calmer than afternoons regardless of season; if you have a preference for a smoother ride, lean towards an early departure.
