Your journey begins on the Surat Thani side, where you can join us at Lomprayah Tapee Pier, Surat Thani City, the train station, or the airport — whichever suits your arrival. We handle the transfer to the boat and then the crossing to Koh Samui, landing at Bangrak Pier, Mae Nam Pier, or Nathon Pier depending on the service you book.
Timing and conditions
The Gulf of Thailand is at its calmest between November and April, when dry-season swells are minimal and the crossing is comfortable. Services spread across the day, with around 69 departures giving you solid coverage whether you're arriving by overnight train or a morning bus. The earliest boats push off from around 05:30.
